This page explains what information is collected when you visit tikitala.com or play TIKITALA Online, and how it is used.
TIKITALA does not have user accounts, does not require sign-up, and does not collect names, email addresses, or any personal information to let you browse the site or play the game.
This site uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit
and play, and which pages are popular. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga
and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors between visits. See
Google's Privacy Policy for details on how
Google handles this data.
TIKITALA Online stores one small flag, tikitala-tutorial-seen, in your browser's
local storage so the how-to-play tutorial doesn't pop up every time you visit. This stays on
your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.
The site loads a small number of third-party resources to function and to display content:
TIKITALA does not currently show advertising. If that changes in the future (for example, via Google AdSense), this policy will be updated first to describe the advertising cookies in use, and visitors in the EEA, UK, and other regions that require it will be shown a consent choice before any ad or ad-measurement cookie is set.
TIKITALA is a general-audience game and site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about this policy can be raised as an issue on the TIKITALA GitHub repository.
